After Hurricane Maria, dozens of Fresenius Medical Care nurses and clinical managers volunteered to go to Puerto Rico to relieve local staff who had been working nonstop to provide lifesaving dialysis treatments despite the difficult circumstances. In this video, we speak with Miguel Neris, Clinical Manager in Miami Florida about his reason for leaving his family in Florida for two weeks to help. For Miguel, it was also a homecoming.
